How it works
- One company per request. Each homeowner's request goes to one mitigator, never to a list.
- Real requests. Homeowners fill in their test result, town, whether they're buying or selling, and their closing date.
- Try it first. Your first referrals are free, so you can see whether they close before we talk about a monthly rate.
- Your certification on the site. Pennsylvania's radon advertising rule calls for the certified individual's DEP certification number on ads for radon services. Once we work together, yours goes on the site.
